These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all digital products, courses, and memberships purchased through our websites and authorised platforms.

By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms in full.

Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms cover all purchases made through any Step Up Boss Up Society website or authorised sales platform, including Skool, Payhip, and Systeme.io.

The term “client” or “customer” refers to any individual or business placing an order with Step Up Boss Up Society via our secure checkout, PayPal, or other approved payment systems.

Article 1a: Age Restriction

Our products and services are designed for adults.

Customers aged 16 and over may purchase digital products.
Customers aged 18 and over may purchase coaching, workshops, and membership programmes.

If an order is placed by someone below these ages, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the purchase.

Article 2: Ordering Process

By placing an order through any Step Up Boss Up Society site or platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

Once payment has been completed, you’ll receive access instructions automatically via email.

Depending on the specific product or programme purchased, access may be delivered through one of our approved platforms; Skool, Payhip, or Systeme.io. The delivery platform is determined by Step Up Boss Up Society.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as this is where all access details and login instructions are sent.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of purchase will be the price you are charged.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, including pre-orders.

You may pay via:

Credit or Debit Card (processed securely through Stripe), or
PayPal.

Both Stripe and PayPal handle payments securely on their own encrypted platforms. Step Up Boss Up Society does not store or have access to your payment details.

Article 5: Delivery and Access

All products are digital; nothing physical is shipped.

Access will be provided immediately after payment via:

An automated email containing download links or login instructions, or
Direct access through Skool, our main course and membership hub.

Some offers may occasionally be hosted on Payhip or Systeme.io.
Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your access link.

If you haven’t received your product within 24 hours, contact us at support@stepupbossupsociety.com.

Article 6: Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply fully with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.

By purchasing from Step Up Boss Up Society, you consent to your data being stored and used for order fulfilment and customer support.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message.

Article 7: Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales of digital products, courses, and memberships are final.

Due to the nature of instant digital access, no refunds are offered once your purchase is completed.

This policy aligns with UK and EU consumer law, which exempts digital downloads and content from standard refund rights once access has begun.

If you have any issues accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make sure you receive what you paid for.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources sold by Step Up Boss Up Society are protected by copyright.

Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable use of the material.

You may not share, sell, distribute, or reproduce any product, template, or course content without prior written permission.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our digital products and services. However, Step Up Boss Up Society cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or results arising from the use or misuse of our materials.

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Article 10: Governing Law

All transactions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
